Terms for Lucia Events AI plans, the yearly provider marketplace subscription, top-ups, usage limits, saved history, and provider AI features.
Core rules
- All AI access is routed through Lucia Events backend services. The model is not the source of truth for your account, chats, or billing state.
- Stripe Checkout and verified webhook events decide paid entitlements. Returning from Checkout alone does not activate a plan.
- The provider marketplace subscription is a separate yearly product from Provider AI, even when both belong to the same provider account.
- Monthly AI reply quotas reset each billing cycle. Free-tier chat history is not stored as a saved product feature.
Plans, billing, and activation
Subscriptions
User Plus, User Pro, Provider AI Starter, Provider AI Pro, and the provider marketplace yearly subscription are sold through Stripe Billing. Access becomes active inside Lucia Events only after the related Stripe webhook is verified and stored locally.
Top-ups
Top-ups are one-time reply bundles that extend the current monthly cycle. Unless Lucia Events states otherwise in writing or law requires otherwise, unused top-up replies do not carry into a later cycle.

Provider marketplace lifecycle
Visibility
If the yearly marketplace renewal is not paid, Lucia Events sends a reminder at expiry. If payment is still missing one calendar day later, the public provider profile and all published listings are hidden automatically.
Retention and deletion
If the subscription remains inactive for three years after expiry, provider data is permanently deleted. Lucia Events warns one month before deletion, one week before deletion, and each day during the final week.
Usage limits and storage
Free tier
Free tier is limited to a lightweight monthly reply quota, one temporary session at a time, and no saved chat history.
Paid user plans
Paid plans store conversation history in PostgreSQL and expose only the amount of saved history allowed by the active plan.
Provider plans
Provider plans can use higher limits, provider-specific retrieval context, and premium AI actions where the active plan allows them.
Billing emails and locale
App-sent notices
Lucia Events sends billing, renewal, hide, and deletion lifecycle notices through its own email delivery flow using the account locale where available.
Stripe communications
Stripe may still display or send payment-interface content that Lucia Events does not fully control. Lucia Events account access always follows the locally verified billing state.
Model routing and output
Routing
Lucia Events may route requests across GPT-5.4 nano, GPT-5.4 mini, and GPT-5.4 based on the active plan, feature, and premium-action rules.
Human review
AI output is assistive. Users and providers remain responsible for checking prices, availability, event details, legal language, and any public-facing text before relying on it.
